If you've been reading me for a while you know how much I love chocolate, and baked goods that contain it!
Today, I'm sharing this recipe for this brownie that became a classic in my household on the first try š
Super easy to make, delicious, filling and healthy... I'm sure it will blow you away!
Although I eat meat and fish, I have to turn to vegan recipes to enjoy my creations while eating in accordance with my food intolerances (eggs, gluten and dairy).
And if this is not your case, note that this is a "clean" and nutrient-rich version, without sacrificing texture and taste!
So this brownie is vegan, low-fat, gluten-free, nut-free, refined sugar-free and oil-free.
Don't hesitate to make two servings of this brownie right away, because foodies (young and old!) will rush for it.
Healthy and fluffy brownie
Ingredients*
1 cup gluten-free organic oat flour
3/4 cup red or white beans
1 cup maple syrup (or 150 g xylitol)
150g of no-sugar-added applesauce
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla powder
3/4 cup cocoa powder (can be replaced by 150g dark chocolate)
Optional: pecans, nuts, chocolate chips
*Preferably all organic
Preparation
Pour all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a brownie pan and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes (baking time varies from oven to oven). Check with a knife tip and remove from oven before it comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting... and enjoy!
